The Women’s Ministry at New Life Baptist Church is made up of the Women of New Life Baptist Church. Therefore, if you are a woman of New Life Baptist Church you are automatically a part of the Women’s Ministry.  You are a most welcomed blessing to this ministry.  It is our desire to be as God called us to be, maid servants of the Lord; willing to serve Him by making sure we adhere to that which is explained in His word.  Titus 2:3-5 states, “The aged women likewise, that they be in behavior as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; that they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.”  We are able to follow His design for us by making ourselves available to His service in all that we can do for one another, Elisabeth Elliot said, “The fact that I am a woman does not make me a different kind of a Christian, But the fact that I am a Christian does make me a different kind of a woman.”  This is who we are, and what we strive to make sure others see as we humbly, selflessly & willingly serve in any capacity God calls us to serve.  Let our focus NOT be on one another but on Jesus that we may serve Him by being obedient to His command and working daily to become the Proverbs 31 woman.   Always remembering that we are so very blessed to be called, “Daughters of the King” thus helping one another to grow in Christ by serving alongside one another continually blessing NLBC with humble hearts and willing hands.
